Your screening application should be as unique as your screening machine. Not all screening machines are created equal. GQI specs machines from an application perspective. The machine should meet your application, your material, your cut, your throughput, and your process... not the other way around.
Most screening problems are motion problems. For fine, friable, and hard-to-screen products, the KTS replaces punishing vibration with a gentle, three-dimensional elliptical motion, tuned on three axes so dwell time becomes an engineering variable. Sharper cuts, higher yield, less reprocessing.

Police incoming material at truck receiving and protect outgoing product ahead of bagging and packaging lines. High-frequency 2D motion with centered product flow delivers safety screening at extreme rates: up to 200 tons per hour through a single machine, with low overall height for tight installations.
Compact, fast, and flexible. The KTS-V and KTS-VS handle classifying into multiple fractions, dedusting of granules, pellets, and regrind, and wet screening of slurries, with FDA-compliant contact materials, quick screen changes, and dust- & gas-tight modular decks for high-value products.
Keep your QC bench on the same technology as your production floor. The KTL digital electromagnetic sieve shaker analyzes fine, dry, powdered, and granular products (dry or wet), stacking up to 8 or 16 standard 200 mm analysis screens with the same three-dimensional movement as production machines. The KLS 200 air-jet lab-sieve handles the hardest cases: ultra-fine and electrostatically charged products, down to 1 µm.
Know your application? The configurator asks exactly these questions, and ends with a machine.
