A flexible connection is a small part with outsized consequences: it isolates vibration, contains product and dust, survives the process, and has to mate exactly to the equipment above and below it. Connection Families

These families cover the great majority of powder- and bulk-handling interfaces, and any of them can be built as a custom fitting.

Tri-Clamp

Sanitary clamp connections: pressed-on (LFR), bolted-reusable (LFDDC), or conical-lipped (CFL), with tool-free access for cleaning and inspection.

Jacob

Pull-ring / Jacob-coupling connections (FDM pressed-on, FSC stitched-in): the industrial pneumatic-conveying standard, tool-free with replaceable gasket.

Band Clamp / Hose-Clamp

Sleeve clamped to a spigot or stub: pressed-in, padded, or unfinished ends for the widest size range, round or rectangular.

KLB band series · Ø 28 – 2300 mm

Flange Fitted

Bolted DIN or ANSI flange connections, with optional reinforcement rings for vacuum or overpressure duty.

DIN DN25 – DN300 · ANSI 1″ – 12″

Bulk Hoses & Rolls

Flexible hose supplied by the roll: polyurethane, seamless silicone or rubber, and wire-reinforced spiral builds.

Connection Types

Geometry is selected independently of the connection family; any type below can be built with tri-clamp, Jacob, band-clamp, or flange ends.

Straight

Side A and side B the same: constant diameter, matching fittings both ends. The standard connection for drops and convey lines between matching interfaces.

Step Bellow

Steps between two different diameters in one flexible piece; connects mismatched equipment without a rigid reducer.

Conical Bellow

A smooth taper between diameters that keeps product moving: no ledges or dead zones for material to hang up on.

Weigh Bellow

Vibration-isolated connection for load-cell accuracy: decouples dosing equipment, mixers, and vessels on load cells from the lines around them. Weighing-grade 0.3 mm PU membranes; conical, spherical & step geometries; silicone builds for −60 to +200 °C.

Cap

A flexible end cap that blanks off an unused inlet or outlet: dust-tight, quick-release, and reusable for ports that see periodic access.

Breather Bag

Vents displaced air during filling and discharge while keeping product and dust contained: air-permeable antistatic fabric with Jacob, tri-clamp, hose-clamp and snap-in ends.

Clamps, Ferrules & Accessories

Everything that completes the connection: matching ferrule pairs, single-pin, wing-nut and bolted heavy-duty clamps, FDA gaskets in EPDM, silicone and PTFE, hose clamps, ground studs, and air-regulator kits for bulk-bag seals.
