Filcoflex BV designs and manufactures engineered flexible connections in polyurethane, silicone, rubber, and textile for bulk-product transport. Everything is built around application engineering: in-house design, custom production in small quantities, and documentation that follows the part, from EN 10204 3.1 certificates to NFC-chip traceability and STEP files for your CAD models.

The Filcoflex range covers the great majority of powder- and bulk-handling interfaces: Tri-Clamp, Jacob, band-clamp, and flange-fitted connections, bulk hoses by the roll, and inflatable bulk-bag spout seals, plus vibration-isolated weigh bellows for load-cell accuracy and air-permeable breather bags for dust-contained venting. Membrane options are selected independently of the connection family, so the working element always matches the duty.
