Wire cloth only cuts cleanly when it's evenly tensioned. Uneven tension telegraphs into drifting cut points, fatigue, and torn cloth. Our screens are pre-tensioned in a temperature-controlled environment, metal alloys and synthetic cloth alike, and bonded with the right method for your application and compliance requirements.

Give us any two of mesh count, opening, and wire diameter and we confirm the exact cloth and its open area. Mesh, wire, and weave are an engineering decision, not a catalog default.

Bonding & Compliance Done Right

FDA-approved and high-temperature epoxies, encapsulated edges, or spot-welded rings where epoxy isn't advisable. Documented and traceable, including hazardous-area builds.

Ultrasonic Screens & Retrofits

A secondary ultrasonic vibration keeps fine meshes from blinding: finer cuts at consistent throughput, no mechanical cleaning, longer cloth life. We retrofit screens of any size and design.

Deblinding Hardware

Bouncing balls, slider rings, sandwich-screen builds, and brush decks, plus new stainless rings from stock in a variety of diameters.
