Replacement Screens & Rescreens

Your separation is only as good as your screen. Woven wire cloth is proven; the performance is in the details: cloth selection, tension, bonding, and fit. That's where GQI earns its keep, building new screens and re-meshing the frames you already own, for most brands and models of screening machines.

New Screens & Rescreens

Woven Wire, Done Right

For most makes & models: round or rectangular

Wire cloth only cuts cleanly when it's evenly tensioned. Uneven tension telegraphs into drifting cut points, fatigue, and torn cloth. Our screens are pre-tensioned in a temperature-controlled environment, metal alloys and synthetic cloth alike, and bonded with the right method for your application and compliance requirements.

  • Full-frame, half-moon & specialty rings
  • Alloys: SS 304, 316/316L, 430, carbon & special steels
  • Weaves: plain square, twill, plain & twilled Dutch
  • FDA & high-temp epoxies, or spot-welded rings
  • 3.1 material certs, ID tags & laser etching
  • SYFTX diffusion-hardened wire: up to ~3× wear life

Where We Make the Difference

New Screens for Most OEM Machines

Woven-wire screens and panel assemblies for round and rectangular screeners: full-frame or half-moon, any deck position, standard or custom sizes.

Rescreens That Make Your Budget Go Further

Send us your frames, including specialty and ultrasonic-style rings, and we strip, re-mesh, and re-tension them to spec, returned production-ready at a fraction of new-frame cost.

Cloth Engineered to the Cut

Give us any two of mesh count, opening, and wire diameter and we confirm the exact cloth and its open area. Mesh, wire, and weave are an engineering decision, not a catalog default.

Bonding & Compliance Done Right

FDA-approved and high-temperature epoxies, encapsulated edges, or spot-welded rings where epoxy isn't advisable. Documented and traceable, including hazardous-area builds.

Down right now? Email a photo of the machine nameplate and your screen dimensions. We'll identify it, confirm the mesh, and quote it. Expedited fulfillment when the line is waiting.

Ultrasonic Screens & Retrofits

A secondary ultrasonic vibration keeps fine meshes from blinding: finer cuts at consistent throughput, no mechanical cleaning, longer cloth life. We retrofit screens of any size and design.

Deblinding Hardware

Bouncing balls, slider rings, sandwich-screen builds, and brush decks, plus new stainless rings from stock in a variety of diameters.

Documented When It Matters

ISO 9001:2015-certified fabrication, material certificates, and traceability available on builds that require them.

Everything around the screen (ultrasonic transducers, flexible connectors, sleeves, boots, gaskets & flexible fittings) lives in Aftermarket Parts.
