A bulk bag looks like a commodity right up until it meets your product and your filling equipment. In reality every FIBC is a specification: construction, static-control type, top and bottom styles, lift loops, dimensions, safe working load, fabric, liner, and options all have to match the material inside it and the equipment around it. GQI captures that specification once, then sources and brokers made-to-spec bags against it, so every reorder is the same bag.

What the GQI FIBC specification captures:
Four body constructions cover the FIBC range. The choice follows the product's density, flow behavior, and how the filled bags need to stack and ship.
Body made from one U-shaped piece (two sides plus the base) with two end panels. The most common, cost-effective construction.
The industry defaultFour side panels plus a base. Holds a squarer shape for heavier and denser loads.
Heavier / denser loadsSeamless woven-tube body with no side seams, stitched only at the top and base, favoured for food-grade products and fine powders.
Food-grade & fine powdersInternal corner baffles hold a square shape when filled: more cube fill and tighter, more stable stacking. Also called form-stable.

Spec a Bag →How the bag fills, how it discharges, and how it lifts are specified independently, matched to your filling equipment on one end and your discharge station on the other.
Spout diameters, lengths and tie positions are captured on a dimensioned drawing in the configurator, so the bag mates to the fill head and discharge station actually in service.
The static-control type is a safety decision, not a preference: it follows from whether the product and the atmosphere around the bag are flammable. Types B, C and D exist to prevent propagating brush discharges, the energetic static events plain fabric allows.
No static protection. Only for non-flammable products in non-flammable atmospheres.
Fabric with a low breakdown voltage that prevents propagating brush discharges. No grounding; not for flammable atmospheres.
Conductive fabric that must be bonded and earthed during filling and discharge. For combustible dusts and flammable atmospheres.
Dissipates charge without grounding. For combustible dusts and flammable atmospheres.
A liner is an inner bag (PE or barrier film) protecting the product from moisture and contamination. SWL is the maximum rated fill weight; the safety factor (break load ÷ SWL) is 5:1 for single-trip bags and 6:1 for multi-trip / food bags. Every specification is confirmed by a GQI specialist before purchase.
Bags are a consumable: you don't buy one, you buy them forever. GQI holds your specification and brokers manufacturing against it, so quality questions have a written answer and reorders don't drift. Your expected annual volume helps us price and stock the bag, and because GQI also supplies the equipment that fills, discharges, and seals against FIBCs, the bag and the machine get specified as one system instead of two guesses.
