Taking a material, a rate and a constraint, and turning them into a specification somebody can build and quote. Most of the job is asking the question the customer did not know to answer.
Commissioning, maintenance and repair on customer sites and in the shop. Travel, combustible-dust environments, and the judgment to stop when a site is not ready.
Building and re-meshing screens for most brands and models. Tension, bonding and fit decide whether a separation works, and that is hands-on craft.
Turning inquiries into accurate quotations, keeping orders moving, and being the person a customer can actually reach. Technical curiosity matters more than a sales background.
GQI is small enough that there is no layer between you and the customer, and no layer between you and the consequences. People here talk to the plant, look at the material, and own the answer.
The equipment is genuinely interesting. Tumbler screeners, ultrasonic flow aids, containment systems rated to OEB 5, pneumatic conveying sized from the powder backward. The applications run from battery materials to petfood, and the same machine rarely solves two problems the same way.
We work with manufacturers who build serious equipment, including GKM Siebtechnik, Hecht Technologie, Filcoflex and Artech. That means real technical depth is available to you, and it is expected that you use it.
