Artech Ultrasonic Systems AG is a global specialist in ultrasonic technology for the bulk solids industry. Its patented systems apply ultrasonic excitation to screen meshes, hoppers, chutes, and cutting tools, minimizing the friction forces that make fine powders blind screens, bridge in silos, and hang up in transfer points. The same technology extends to ultrasonic cutting of foods.

GQI delivers Artech technology throughout North America: as flow-promotion solutions, as ultrasonic screen retrofits, and factory-integrated on new GKM screening machines.
Flowsonic ultrasonic flow aids alongside the rest of GQI's flow-promotion toolbox, matched to the hang-up, not the habit.
Explore flow promotion →Ultrasonic screen systems and retrofits that keep blinding-prone meshes cutting, specified with your replacement screen program.
Explore screen deblinding →Factory-certified installation, commissioning, and support for Artech ultrasonic systems, delivered by GQI in North America.
Explore field service →Ultrasonic deblinding fitted at the factory on new GKM screening machines, so the anti-blinding decision is made at specification rather than after the fact.
Explore screening machines →Spec your solution and generate an RFQ in minutes.
Launch the Configurator → Download Artech OverviewWhether the product is stuck on a screen or stuck to a wall, the fix is the same: high-frequency micro-vibration that breaks static friction without punishing the equipment or the product.
Ultrasonic excitation keeps the sieve mesh clear longer and increases separation efficiency on fine, blinding-prone powders. The patented Cool Sieve clamps the screen with a fully isolated outer ring: optimal vibration transmission, cool running in prolonged operation, and no mechanical components in the product-contact zone apart from the mesh itself. Available in round and rectangular formats, including OEM builds for additive manufacturing and powder coating. Ultrasonic systems can be retrofitted to existing screen decks.
Retrofit Your Screens →Flowsonic ultrasonic systems mount to hoppers, silos, chutes, and dosing equipment to prevent classic flow failures (bridging, ratholing, and wall caking), cleaning continuously during operation. The result is steadier discharge, more accurate dosing, less waste, and better production yields, at lower energy cost than pneumatic or mechanical flow aids. GQI offers tabletop demos and field trials of Flowsonic equipment.
